Dear reader,
I’m writing this from one of my favorite cafés in London. It feels like a secret garden — sunny, quiet, and filled with older people who remind me of my grandpa. The flowers, the green, the soft voices… something about it just brings him back.
And the grass? Literally unreal. Bright, fresh, alive.
London summer hits different. Honestly, this might be one of the most beautiful cities I’ve lived in. And in the middle of all that green and sun, I felt it again - that little spark.
What I call magic.
But magic isn’t just what happens to you. Magic is that feeling of joy, beauty, and peace that bubbles up inside. It’s already there - you just keep feeding it with gratitude. With little things that bring you back to yourself.
Small actions, big impact.
momentum & trust
Yesterday, a friend of mine asked me:
“How do you do it? How do you stay consistent, showing up and building the life you dream of?”
And it made me think.
The truth is - I don’t always have it figured out. I have doubts, I get tired, I fall off track too. But something inside me knows: I don’t want to live any other way. Once you start doing things that align with who you want to become, it’s hard to go back. It slowly becomes your new normal. Your standards shift.
And that’s where momentum comes from - not from perfection, but from choosing again and again. And that choice? It’s powerful. Every day, you get a chance to realign. Just make sure it’s with the version of you that feels true.
If things feel blurry…
I’ve also been thinking about how hard it is to trust the process when you’re not seeing results yet. To keep showing up when everything feels slow or confusing. To stay grateful even when you’re in that weird in-between where nothing feels “there” yet.
But I’ve learned this:
The magic doesn’t arrive after things happen. It shows up while you’re building them - even if you don’t fully feel it yet. So if today feels off, or your energy’s low - you’re not alone. Take care of yourself. Protect your energy like it’s gold. (‘Cause it is.)

lately… this has been my reset.
There’s something really grounding about simple recipes.
The kind of food that doesn’t take much, but makes you feel held.
When life feels blurry, or when I feel a bit disconnected from my own rhythm, I go back to basics: fresh fruit, good textures, a bowl I can eat slowly under the sun. That’s what this coconut yogurt parfait is.
A go-to lately - super simple, nourishing and perfect for sunny mornings or snacky moods.
What you need:
-
1 cup coconut yogurt
-
1 tbsp chia seeds
-
a drizzle of honey, maple or date syrup
-
handful of strawberries (sliced)
-
handful of blueberries
-
toasted coconut flakes
-
hemp seeds (optional but yum)
How to:
Layer yogurt, chia and fruit. Top with the rest.
Eat slowly, barefoot, under the sun if possible. ENJOOOY!
